A guard is on site 24 hours a day.
The site is secure and closed thanks to a gate.
Access to the apartments is secured by a videophone.
Fire extinguishers inside the building are at your disposal, as well as a first aid pharmacy.
The owners can be reached day and night.

  Key box
Your arrival time is late or we cannot accommodate you ?
Do not panic. A key box is installed outside the building. The code will be given to you by telephone.

  An industrial laundry area is at your disposal (washing machine, dryer).
You will have the possibility to dry the laundry under a shelter or outside if the weather permits. 

  As heatwaves become more frequent, each apartment is equipped with a fan. 

  Beds are made upon your arrival.
Bed and bathroom linen are included in the rental. 

  Games can be loaned to you on request.

  A library is installed inside where magazines and tourist leaflets are available. 

   When you arrive, we will advise you on activities to see and do.

   Outdoor games are also available to you :

• Ping pong table
• petanque games
• molkky game
• tennis rackets (court 150m from the house)
• bicycles (adults / children) + repair equipment (pump, screwdriver, etc.)
• sleds

  Electrical appliances can be offered for rental :

• raclette machine
• fondue maker
• crepe maker
• beer tap 

  A travel cot and a high chair can be made available to you on simple request and depending on availability.

  A cleaning package of €60 can be offered to you if you wish. 

  Honey from a local beekeeper may be offered for sale.

  Also having a site in Epinal (20 minutes), a Spa service can be offered to you upon reservation. Contact us for prices and conditions.
